Purple Rain Kimono

A kimono is a traditional Japanese garment that is characterised by its understated elegance and unique cut. Made from high-quality extra-long staple cotton (100% satin), it has a casually fitting, open cut with wide, long sleeves. The kimono is typically tied around the waist with a wide belt, the so-called obi.Thanks to their floating cut, kimonos are suitable for different body shapes and sizes, making them a comfortable and fashionable garment for both men and women. The traditional aesthetic of a kimono, paired with modern accents, makes it a timeless classic in any wardrobe.

From rose to pink, purple and blue, the blossoms of the Japanese blue rain cover the PURPLE RAIN creation like a fine mist. In between, the chirping of young swallows can be heard, perched on fine branches or soaring high in the air. The motifs were skilfully watercoloured in the Christian Fischbacher studio and printed on the fabric in our print shop in Italy with great attention to detail. printed with great attention to detail.
